We're a full service, local water treatment company, driven by our passion to serve our community and provide our customers with clean, safe, delicious water. We are based out of Leesburg and are proud to serve the Northern Virginia area we call home.

Our Mission

We seek to provide water treatment solutions for homeowners and businesses using the best practices and the highest quality equipment available. We focus on customers’ needs and expectations to create long term relationships.

Harvie Water Solutions was founded in 2014 by Roy Harvie Barr. Roy served in the U.S. Air Force for four years where he received specialized training in water treatment. He later went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Old Dominion University. Roy spent the next 17 years working in the private sector selling, installing, and servicing water treatment systems. Eventually, he was inspired to start his own business in order to develop long-term relationships with his customers as well as to be more responsive to the demands of a changing industry. Roy currently lives with his family in Leesburg, Virginia.
